I'm not going to tell you all about my certifications and degrees, because the fact is, I only have one degree, and it's in English.
But what I have is this: personal, real-life experience on how to incorporate fitness, nutrition, and mental health into your everyday life without going to extremes. How to create balance between going out to eat with your boyfriend, guilt-free, and getting up the next morning to do some squats at the gym.
How to wake up in the morning and be excited to live out the day.
How to cook chicken breasts with veggies and look forward to eating them.
How to properly complete a deadlift.
How to balance cardio and weightlifting.
How to recover from a junk food "binge."
How to figure out what combination of macronutrients work best, and how to track them efficiently.

I had trouble finding a blog that was real. That showed mistakes. That got down to my intermediate level and said, "Hey, you're doing great. Let's keep doing healthy things together."
This is a blog for the intermediates.
For people who already exercise. For people who eat their vegetables. For people who have maybe worked hard and lost some weight, or increased their muscle mass. For people who aren't totally lost, but aren't planning on completing a Triathlon any time soon. For people who like to read self-help books, but still feel down on occasion.I'm going to put myself out there for you. I'll tell you my successes, my mistakes, my complete and utter failures. I'll give you advice, based on research and my own experiences. I'll be there to answer any and all questions you may have. No questions are dumb questions unless they're unasked.
